Dr. Benjamin Pupo is a board-certified chiropractic neurologist (DACNB) and Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS), but his journey into complex neurological care didn’t begin in a textbook — it began with a deep frustration.
Long before founding Inland Northwest Neurological Performance, Dr. Pupo saw firsthand how traditional healthcare often fails patients with chronic pain, head injuries, and invisible neurological disorders. That frustration became fuel. He set out to learn everything he could about the nervous system — its vulnerabilities, its plasticity, and its potential for recovery.
With a Bachelor's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Western Washington University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States, Dr. Pupo immersed himself in advanced neuroscience through the Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies. What emerged from years of rigorous training was a highly specialized skillset — but more importantly, a mission: to help people make sense of what’s happening in their bodies when no one else can, and to guide them toward real, measurable progress.
Today, Dr. Pupo blends cutting-edge neurological, vestibular, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation with functional medicine and nutrition — addressing the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. He’s earned the trust of thousands navigating life after concussion, dysautonomia, vertigo, chronic headaches, and more — not just through clinical results, but by showing up with clarity, compassion, and relentless determination.
Originally from the Inland Northwest, Dr. Pupo balances his commitment to his patients with a love for the outdoors. He finds restoration in skiing, hiking, fly fishing, and traveling — activities that remind him what functional movement and quality of life really mean.
For Dr. Pupo, this work is more than a profession. It’s a calling shaped by challenge, refined through science, and driven by the belief that healing is always possible — even when the path forward seems unclear.
